^{Job started June 25 2020 after 6 months of waiting. First 3 months for a plan approved by DOB and Landmark. Another 3 months for Covid 19 quantantine to be lifted. Lots of story for the 6 months of waiting time and couldn’t be happier this job is finally kicked off with a great team.

As we moved forward on our demo, we found a lot of structure failures and water damages in the apartment. Nothing shocked me as it is nearly 200 years old building. We were just glad we found problems and have a chance to fix it.}
